The AeroWet system comprises of a 100kg powder hopper, screw feeder, blower, feeder scroll receiver, conveying line sensor and control panel mounted on a stainless steel frame complete with JetWet® head, solenoid valve, pressure switch and pressure gauge.
EMU – FLX
Supplied as a two part unit. The first part is floor standing and comprises a polymer feed pump and the electrical control panel, mounted on a stainless steel frame. The second part is tank mounted and comprises of; a frame, a ash mixing tank, agitator, level probes, polymer inlet pipework, three way valve on the water inlet, a solenoid valve and pulsing water meter on the inlet.
Richard Alan design and manufacture bespoke fabricated pressure vessels for a range of industries and applications using a number of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel and exotic metals. It will be bringing a scaled down version of a larger vessel fabricated in stainless steel and highly polished.
A dosing skid unit designed for the safe and effective dosing of chemical reagents. The pump can be safely installed within a secure cabinet allowing you to expertly monitor the dosing process.
