Four Engineering Managers within the RAG have recently attained the CMI Diploma in Management after successfully completing an intensive course at Wakefield College. The Chartered Management Institute programme was delivered over a 12 month period (as opposed to 2 years) which added extra demands on the four valued employees who already carry out responsible roles within the Group.
